Flash Mx preloader
It has been my impression that people build preloaders in thousands of different ways. i have often been in a situation where I needed something to indicate that it might take a while to activat – just a quick a dirty indicator.
Here’s a generic preloader taking up no more than a single keyframe in any FLA file. It’s build like an intelligent movieClip and can easily be dressed with fancy graphics.
Radar Graphics
Needed something for a presentation, and couldn’t find it elsewhere on the web. So I made one up.
Quick and dirty, but it works fine – even runs on the Flash version 5 platform.
Performance drivers
Illustrating a process with a bottleneck is not a trivial thing to do in PowerPoint. Enter Flash.
I think this little animation does the job though – my children got it right away when they watched it first time.
