		<description>Looks like a KDE re-paint, it&#039;s got the window trim from KDE, and yes KDE can do transparencies too...

Any BSD or linux can bo the same thing with the KDE manager and they&#039;re free too. 

Somebody needs to check and see if they (googal) are using a BSD core to build their OS.

Bet they are using a BSD core, just like Apple did for OS-10.x</description>
